Back in May of 2017, Marshall Mathers aka Eminem showed support through social media and helped raise £2 million in donations for the victims of the Manchester terror attack.

It was a horrific event that left 23 dead (including the attacker) and 139 wounded in the United Kingdom. It was reported as a suicide bombing attack that happened outside of the Manchester arena—following an Ariana Grande concert.

The rap legend is now more vocal through his social platforms but back then, he only posted periodically.

His message helped thousands, as he urged Twitter followers to join in helping Manchester victims & their families by donating to the British Red Cross.

The ‘Lose Yourself’ rapper joined the likes of Justin Timberlake, Tom Hardy and other Hollywood stars who also reached out to their followers in the wake of the attack.
