This past Sunday, rapper Young Thug gave a young fan an unforgettable experience. While performing a set at the Lollapalooza festival in Stockholm, Sweden, the rapper brought a 14-year-old fan named Steven onstage to perform with him.
It was the hit makers manager that spotted Steven, who is sick and uses a wheelchair, in the audience rapping to every word of the rapper’s songs. Young Thug—real name Jeffrey Williams reportedly went over to Steven and his mother to tell them how impressed he was that he knew all the lyrics.
Steven’s mother told Thug that he’s her son’s favorite artist and that they drove hours out to Stockholm just to see him. He was so humbled by their gestures, that he invited Steven and his mother to a meet-and-greet after the show.
In a video showing their meet-up, the rapper is kneeling down next to Steven as they share a warm embrace and a high five. In several accompanying photos, Steven is overwhelmed with joy in meeting his rap idol.
